Raúl Incertis Jarillo

Raúl Incertis Jarillo is a Spanish emergency physician and anesthetist who volunteered in Gaza from April to July 2023. During his time in the region, he witnessed the devastating impact of conflict on civilians, particularly children, many of whom arrived at the hospital severely injured or alone after losing their families in bombings. His experiences in Gaza have left him with haunting memories of the suffering and death he encountered daily, as he struggled to provide care amidst overwhelming chaos and a lack of resources.
