Raul Lupu

Raul Lupu is one of the founding members of the paramilitary group Commandment 'Vlad Țepeș', which has been accused of treason and forming an organized criminal group in Romania. He was recently in the news due to his arrest along with other members of the group, who allegedly plotted to overthrow the Romanian government and establish a new regime aligned with anti-Western sentiments.
