Ravi Thapa

Ravi Thapa was a personal secretary to the Cooperative Minister of Nepal, known for his involvement in a controversial cooperative case that led to his tragic and suspicious death by suicide. His demise followed the emergence of an audio recording implicating him in financial misconduct related to the Sumero Savings and Credit Cooperative Limited, which was declared problematic by the ministry. Thapa was found unresponsive after reportedly consuming poison, leaving behind a note that expressed his fear of being wrongfully implicated in a scandal.
