Ravid Cohen

Ravid Cohen, 36, is an adventurous traveler and former paramedic who served in the Gaza Strip, where he faced the challenges of treating injured soldiers under fire. His experiences in the Israeli Defense Forces deeply affected him, leading him to explore the world and ultimately write his first novel, 'The Edge', which features a protagonist based on his own life. Ravid has sailed across the Pacific and visited numerous countries, while also navigating his own journey through post-traumatic stress. He lives in Abu Ghosh, Israel, where he reflects on his past and dreams of starting a family.
