Rawson Kirkhope

Rawson Kirkhope, 38, is a personal trainer and co-owner of the gym Vrtus, located in Australia. He shares a deep bond with his best friend Hamish Young, formed during their school years in Launceston, particularly after a traumatic domestic violence incident in his family. This experience led to Rawson developing PTSD, which he has since navigated with the support of Hamish. After serving eight years in the navy, Rawson returned to Sydney where he reconnected with Hamish, leading to the establishment of their gym in 2021. Known for his resilience and strength, Rawson continues to advocate for mental health awareness while supporting others in their fitness journeys.
