Raymond Heney

Raymond Heney, 54, from Camas, Cashel, is one of the five school bus operators currently on trial for allegedly colluding to distort competition and inflate tender prices for school transport services in Ireland. He has been accused of organizing meetings with other operators to discuss pricing strategies and tender bids, which is in violation of the Competition Act 2002.
