Raymond Mndolwa

Raymond Mndolwa is the Director General of the National Irrigation Commission (NIRC) in Tanzania. He has been involved in significant irrigation projects, including the long-awaited Mkomazi Irrigation Project, which aims to benefit over 20,000 residents with improved water access for agriculture and livestock.
