Raziel Yusupovitz

Raziel Yusupovitz is an emergency medical technician with Magen David Adom (MDA). He responded to a serious traffic accident in Tel Aviv involving a scooter and a truck. Yusupovitz was among the first responders who assessed the victim's critical injuries and confirmed her death at the scene.
