Rebecca Dowski
Rebecca Dowski was a talented 21-year-old musician and college student, remembered for her creativity and kindness. She was murdered in 1986 alongside her friend Cathleen Thomas in one of Virginia's most notorious cold cases, the Colonial Parkway murders.
