Rebecca Jesseman

Rebecca Jesseman is the executive director of mental health and addictions at Health P.E.I., where she has overseen the implementation of innovative services aimed at reducing the burden on emergency departments. Under her leadership, a new mental health emergency room was established, significantly decreasing acute care admissions for mental health patients.
