Regina Victoria Zaffireau is the head of the Dirección de Asistencia de Personas bajo Vigilancia Electrónica at the Ministry of Security of Argentina, and she was recently mentioned in relation to her department's technical report on the viability of electronic monitoring devices for Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, as part of the legal proceedings surrounding the former president's house arrest.
