Rehema Akoth

Rehema Akoth is a 42-year-old mother and a resilient warrior against sickle cell anaemia, diagnosed with the condition at six months old. Growing up in Kisumu, she faced significant challenges, including stigma and misunderstanding from her family. Despite the physical and emotional toll of her health battles, Rehema remains a voice for others living with the disease, sharing her experiences and advocating for more support and awareness.
