René Peralbo

René Peralbo is the Director of Vialidad at the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) in Paraguay. He has been involved in addressing the issue of illegal advertising billboards along national roads, particularly the Luque-San Bernardino route, where he stated that none of the existing billboards have received permission from the ministry. Peralbo has indicated that the MOPC is currently litigating to remove these unauthorized installations and is evaluating the legal status of specific billboards, including one associated with the cement company Cementos Concepción.
