René Roca

René Roca is a high school teacher and a PhD historian, known for founding and leading the Research Institute for Direct Democracy. He is also a member of the committee for the Neutrality Initiative in Switzerland, which aims to enshrine the country's neutrality in its constitution to promote peace and strengthen humanitarian traditions.
