Rezaul is a small-time towel vendor who recently made headlines after receiving a threatening letter demanding three lakh taka for the safety of his two grandsons. The letter, which was delivered after intruders broke his window, warned that his grandsons would be harmed if he did not comply and threatened him with gun violence if he reported the incident to the police.
