Ričardas Zulcas

Ričardas Zulcas is the director of the Culture, Sports, and Tourism Department of the Klaipėda City Administration. He recently highlighted the collaborative efforts behind the installation of the tactile model of Klaipėda Castle and the 'Rose of Winds' compass, which together aim to enrich the city's public space and cultural identity.
