Ricardo Bell

Ricardo Bell, a dedicated public servant in the Ministry of Works for over 44 years, was recently promoted to Senior Superintendent. At 62 years old, he was known for his commitment to community service, serving as a North Eleuthera District councillor and a church deacon. Tragically, he was killed in a traffic accident while attempting to tow a derelict vehicle near his home, leaving behind a legacy of devotion to his family and community.
