Ricardo Carrillo Mendoza

Ricardo Carrillo Mendoza, also known as El Alacrán, is a lieutenant of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) and is implicated in orchestrating violence and criminal activities in Michoacán. He is associated with the attacks on local communities and the deployment of explosives that have threatened the safety of residents.
