Ricardo Coy Herrera

Ricardo Coy Herrera is the Vice-Rector of Teaching at the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica (TEC), where he has recently been involved in addressing the significant disruptions caused by student protests over socio-economic scholarships.
