Ricardo Enrique Padilla

Ricardo Enrique Padilla is a former chief of Planning and Engineering at the Social Development Fund for Electricity in Honduras. He has recently come into the spotlight due to accusations of failing to properly supervise a public project and is facing legal action alongside Deputy Gladis Aurora López for alleged malfeasance in the management of public resources.
