Ricardo Luiz Martins Meurer

Ricardo Luiz Martins Meurer is a suspected member of the Guardiões do Estado (GDE) gang, involved in violent crime in Ceará. He was implicated in a planned attack against rivals from the Comando Vermelho gang, which resulted in the deaths of two local residents when the attack failed.
