Ricardo Morari

Ricardo Morari is the enologist at the Cooperativa Vinícola Garibaldi, where he oversees an experimental vineyard project aimed at testing nearly 50 grape varieties from various European countries. His work focuses on understanding how these varieties adapt to the unique climate and terroir of Brazil, particularly in light of ongoing climate change challenges. Morari has successfully developed wines from these experimental grapes, including the commercially successful Palava, which showcases the potential of innovative viticulture in Brazil.
