Richard Daniel Bordón

Richard Daniel Bordón is a subofficer with the National Police of Paraguay, currently serving in the Tactical Elite Unit (Unidad Táctica de Élite). He was involved in an accident in Asunción when the police vehicle he was commanding collided with another vehicle, resulting in injuries to several officers.
