Richard Molina Mesén

Richard Molina Mesén was a prominent Costa Rican journalist known for his extensive career in media, which began in 1994 at Radio América Latina. He later worked at Diario Extra and became the director of the news program at channel 42 in 2000. In addition to his impressive work in traditional media, he founded and directed the digital outlet El Guardián CR. Molina was recognized for his contributions to national news coverage and left a significant mark on the Costa Rican journalism landscape. He passed away at the age of 54 on November 11, 2023, with the cause of death remaining unknown.
