Richard Mtukula is an innovative entrepreneur recognized for his project 'Know Your Customer (KYC)', which aims to enhance customer verification processes. He recently gained attention as one of the winners of the 2023 Innovation Jam, where he was awarded K6,150,000 by the National Bank of Malawi due to unforeseen circumstances preventing his attendance at the 2nd Annual TICON Africa Conference in Kenya.
