Richard Ofori Agyemang Boadi has been confirmed as the new Mayor of Kumasi, Ghana, following a strong vote of confidence from Assembly Members, where he received 55 out of 56 votes. Previously serving as the Municipal Chief Executive for Obuasi, Boadi has been tasked with tackling critical issues in Kumasi, including city decongestion and market reform, to enhance the living conditions of its residents.
