Richard Oglesby Marsh

Richard Oglesby Marsh was an American engineer who became an unexpected ally to the Guna people during the Revolución Dule in Panama. Initially sent to explore resource extraction opportunities, he developed a keen interest in the Guna culture and their struggles against oppression, ultimately supporting their efforts for autonomy and the declaration of the Republic of Tule.
