Richard Turley

Richard Turley is the managing director of the Family and Church History Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He gained attention for his critique of Jon Krakauer's 'Under the Banner of Heaven,' arguing that the book misrepresents the majority of Latter-day Saints, who he claims are law-abiding and peaceful, in contrast to the violent actions of Dan Lafferty.
