Richard W. Koon

Richard W. Koon is the current House Speaker of Montserrado County in Liberia. Recently, he was summoned by the Commercial Court in connection with a legal petition filed by his wife, Angeline Mamie Worloh Koon, who alleges that he has failed to provide proper accounting for income generated from their jointly owned rental properties, which he has managed for nearly two decades.
