Richarson Díaz

Richarson Díaz is a prominent figure in the Dominican theater scene, currently serving as the director of cultural industries promotion and development at the Ministry of Culture. He has a rich background in theater, having both acted in and directed numerous productions. As the newly appointed director of the XII Festival Internacional de Teatro República Dominicana (FITE RD 2025), he is focused on enhancing the festival's organization and audience experience. Under his leadership, the festival will feature 32 companies, both domestic and international, showcasing a diverse range of theatrical works. Díaz is committed to addressing logistical issues from previous festivals and ensuring that all participants feel welcomed and valued.
