Ricky Guzman is the owner of 'The Backstage', an American-inspired restaurant located in the challenging Bahnhofsviertel of Luxembourg City. Driven by a passion to improve the atmosphere of the neighborhood, he opened his restaurant six months ago, despite warnings about the area's safety issues. Previously a chef at another local establishment, Guzman has faced numerous challenges, including violent incidents and declining customer safety, which have severely affected his business. With a commitment to quality, he continues to serve fresh meals, but after experiencing a significant drop in patrons due to safety concerns, he has resorted to delivering meals and has even launched a GoFundMe campaign to keep his dream alive. Guzman actively seeks to rally support from the community to revitalize the area and restore a sense of safety for diners.
