Ricky Wendell Juárez Haylock

Ricky Wendell Juárez Haylock, known by his aliases 'Rasta' or 'Rastafari', was recently handed over by Nicaragua to Honduran authorities on the border of Guasaule. His extradition follows a request from the United States, where he faces charges of conspiring to traffic large quantities of cocaine into the country. The Honduran Minister of Security, Gustavo Sánchez, confirmed that Juárez will be presented before a judge as legal proceedings continue.
