Riedi is a dedicated baker and entrepreneur who, after leaving a high-stress job in food manufacturing, opened his own bakery, Romeo Panetteria, in Orewa, New Zealand. His passion for baking, ignited during his late 20s, has flourished as he now works tirelessly to create authentic Italian sourdough bread and pastries from organic ingredients, inspired by the premature birth of his son, Romeo.
