Rifat Radvan

Rifat Radvan was a 23-year-old Palestinian paramedic who dedicated his life to humanitarian work. He volunteered with the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in Gaza and tragically lost his life during an attack by Israeli forces while responding to emergency calls on March 23, 2023. Rifat recorded a poignant message on his phone before his death, expressing his commitment to helping others and seeking forgiveness from his mother, Um Muhamad.
