Riguet Mildort

Riguet Mildort is a notable figure in the Haitian law enforcement community, having recently been appointed as the new director of the Direction de l’administration pénitentiaire (DAP). His leadership is expected to bring new perspectives to the management of the penitentiary system in Haiti.
