
Rishat Mediev
Rishat Mediev was a master rescuer and sapper in the specialized detachment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS) in Sevastopol. He joined the MChS in April 2025 and was recognized as a dedicated professional who had neutralized hundreds of explosive devices. Tragically, he lost his life during a mine-clearing operation in the Kursk region, where he was killed by an enemy shell while bravely working to ensure a peaceful environment for civilians.
