Ritu Phogat

Ritu Phogat is a prominent Indian mixed martial artist and a gold medallist at the 2016 Commonwealth Wrestling Championship. Coming from a family with deep wrestling roots, she switched to MMA after being inspired by legendary fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov.
