Robert ‘Bo’ Hines

Robert 'Bo' Hines is the Executive Director of the Council on Digital Assets, a position he was appointed to by President Donald Trump in January 2025. In this role, he is responsible for leading national policy development on digital asset innovation, regulation, and emerging financial technologies. He recently met with Bilal Bin Saqib, Pakistan's Minister of State for Crypto & Blockchain, to discuss strategic alignment on digital assets, including Bitcoin integration and decentralized infrastructure.
