Robert Ezelle

Robert Ezelle is the director of the Washington Military Department's Emergency Management Division. He has been in the news recently due to his role in overseeing evacuation efforts for residents in low-lying areas of Skagit County as catastrophic flooding threatens the region following heavy rainfall from an atmospheric river.
