Robert Helenius

Robert Helenius, a former professional boxer, is now the head coach at Nordic Nightmare Boxing in Porvoo and Åland, having returned to the sport after a two-year doping ban. Standing at two meters tall, Helenius is determined to share his extensive experience with young boxers while also pursuing personal trainer studies. Alongside his coaching duties, he works as a bouncer in Helsinki, serves as a municipal councilor in Sipoo, and is involved in plans for a new gym. Helenius emphasizes the importance of a healthy training environment and aims to prevent injuries among his athletes.
