Robert Lizarte is the Director of Culture and Traditions in Andorra and a key proponent of the newly established school of campaners in Canillo. His vision is to revive the tradition of bell ringing, advocating for each parish to have its own campaner, and potentially aiming for UNESCO recognition of this cultural practice.
