Robert Matengula

Robert Matengula is a prominent environmental and social consultant who has been influential in conducting assessments for various projects in Malawi. Recently, he played a critical role as the team leader for the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) of the Mulalo Fertiliser Plant in Dowa, providing virtual testimony to a parliamentary committee investigating the administrative delays affecting the project's progress.
