Robert Maudsley

Robert Maudsley, born in 1953 in Liverpool, is a notorious English serial killer, often referred to as the 'real Hannibal Lecter.' He has been incarcerated since 1974, spending over 45 years in solitary confinement due to his brutal murders of multiple convicted criminals. His early life was marked by severe abuse and trauma, which contributed to his violent behavior. Maudsley is currently held in a glass cell in Wakefield Prison, where he lives in isolation, and has expressed a willingness to kill again if released.
