Robert Picado Mora is the director of Technologies of Information and Communications at the Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS). He has been actively involved in discussions surrounding the digital health records system in Costa Rica, particularly addressing the need for improved governance and stability of the national health information system to ensure better service availability.
