Robert Steven

Robert Steven is a former domestic worker who was convicted of the brutal murder of 10-year-old Theopista Laurent in Tanzania. He was sentenced to death by hanging for strangling the child and subsequently stealing items from the family home. His appeal against the conviction and sentence was recently dismissed by the Court of Appeal.
