Robert Vercoe

Robert Vercoe is a resident of the Loafers Lodge who provided testimony during the trial concerning a fatal fire that occurred in the building. He witnessed interactions between the accused and another resident, Kenneth Barnard, as they attempted to help the defendant find a place to sleep. Vercoe described the defendant as agitated and noted the strange atmosphere surrounding their interactions just before the fire broke out.
