Roberto Puerto Fúnez

Roberto Puerto Fúnez is a retired Honduran general who, along with other former military leaders, is facing serious accusations related to the murder of a civilian. Following a decision by Judge Plinio Consuegra to grant him and his co-defendants house arrest, a court of appeals later revoked that decision, resulting in Puerto Fúnez being sent back to prison as the legal proceedings continue.
