Robotti

Robotti is a co-founder of Abstrakto, a unique café located in Punta del Este, Uruguay, which he established alongside his partner Rodríguez. Since starting their venture in 2019, they have focused on natural fermentation and plant-based products while integrating art and sensory experiences into their coffee offerings. Abstrakto recently received significant recognition by ranking 24th among the best cafés in Latin America, reflecting their dedication to conscious coffee culture.
