Rodica Mandache

Rodica Mandache, born on April 13, 1943, in Iași, Romania, is a celebrated Romanian actress known for her work in theater, film, and television. She graduated from the Institute of Theatrical Art and Cinematography 'I. L. Caragiale' in 1964 and has since become a beloved figure on the stages of Bucharest, particularly at the National Theater and Odeon Theater. Mandache has played numerous acclaimed roles, including her notable performance in 'Visul unei nopți de iarnă' alongside Florin Piersic. She has also starred in significant Romanian films like 'Astă seară dansăm în familie' and 'Nea Mărin miliardar.' In recognition of her talent, she received the UNITER Award for Best Supporting Actress in 2007.
