Rodolfo Chang Hi

Rodolfo Chang Hi is the rector of Unidad Educativa Particular Politécnico (Copol) in Guayaquil. He recently welcomed students beginning their final year of high school, conveying his happiness at seeing the school filled with students and expressing optimism about the new challenges and opportunities that the academic year will bring.
